Everyone is invited!
Camp Mennoscah’s Annual Meeting is September 18 at 5:30pm in the Dining Hall. There will be a couple of videos from the summer, information about the kitchen/dining hall renovations, and time to catch up with other camp folks. The meeting is part of our yearly Work & Play Camp, so make a full day of it! Join us for worship in the morning, lunch, and then enjoy an afternoon of free time before the annual meeting. No cost. Donations accepted for meals and, of course, the kitchen/dining hall renovations. Please register if you are planning to attend for the full day or if you would like to come out for Work & Play Camp. Call us at 620-297-3290, register online, or contact us via email.
Bring your smiles, your laughter, and your support. We look forward to seeing everyone!

Right: 2016 Summer Staff now
Summer 2016 is now officially in the books! With camps ranging in size from 23 campers all the way to 119 campers, our total camper count this summer was 566. Counting 9 summer staffers, 3 permanent staff, many volunteers, and an array of counseling, kitchen, and directing staff – the total working folk out at camp this summer nears 175! Although if we count each person for every week they volunteered, rather than only once, then our numbers reach 250!
This is a big, heartfelt thank you. To everyone who has been to camp, brought kids to camp, volunteered at camp, prayed for camp, introduced someone new to camp, or simply liked camp on Facebook. You are our incredibly loving community and Camp Mennoscah could not exist without you. Thank you for your smiles. Thank you for your laughter. Thank you for your feedback. Thank you for your never-ending support and love. Camp Mennoscah is blessed. Blessed to have all of you supporting and participating in the ministry of this sacred space.
Thank you again!

Unruh’s first day in his new position is September 6, 2016. He commented “I am both humbled and excited to have the opportunity to work with the passionate board, staff and volunteers of Camp Mennoscah, a place that has played an enormous role in my own faith development. Building on strong relationships with churches, families, and campers, I look forward to a bright future, where we will always be looking for ways to better serve our guests, as well as envision how we can more completely provide for our guests in the future. My hope is that all who come to Camp Mennoscah may experience renewal in their selves, their relationships with other people, their connection with nature, and their relationship with God through Jesus Christ.”
